Payment / Bounced Check / Policy

Payment Policy

1. All campaigns must be paid in full and in advance prior to campaign development.

2. RoboLeads only accepts personal checks, money orders, wire transfers or bank checks. Credit cards are accepted as a method of payment with a 10% processing fee through pay-pal.

Bounced Check Policy

1. A check returned to us by our bank due to insufficient funds in your account will incur a $25 fee plus the fee assessed by our bank ( $10 per bounced check). The total bad check fee is $35.

2. All payments after such an occurrence must be made by credit card, certified bank check, money order or wire transfer.

Do Not Call Policy

RoboLeads.com will strive to meet all federal and state regulations for appropriate telemarketing techniques. To the best of our technical and professional capability, RoboLeads.com will take actions to meet the legal requirements and professional standards of the telemarketing industry.

The following procedures will be followed in compliance with the FTC regulations on telemarketing:

RoboLeads.com or it's agents will maintain a "Do Not Call" list for all solicitation campaigns.

All data records that will be called will be screened against the house Do Not Call (DNC) list.

Phone numbers placed on the house DNC list will be maintained for a minimum of 10 years or as required by law.

Anyone receiving a call from RoboLeads.com may freely request to be placed on the house DNC list. They will be placed on the list immediately for screening on all future campaigns.

Campaigns in progress will be screened only upon data upload and may not be rescreened.

Anyone may request a copy of our "Do Not Call Policy" in writing. It will be provided at no cost, but the request must be received in writing if the person was not solicited by an RoboLeads.com representative. The request must include a valid signature of the household representative.

As federal law allows, calls may be placed to individuals on the DNC list when the person has an existing business association with the organization sponsoring the call. All RoboLeads.com employees performing outbound consumer solicitation will be briefed on the RoboLeads.com Do Not Call Policy. RoboLeads.com employees will truthfully disclose their correct name, company name, company address and company phone number to customers when asked.

As required by state law, data records will be screened against state maintained Do Not Solicit lists. RoboLeads.com Calls may be placed to individuals on state DNC lists when the purpose of the call is exempted from the requirement.

In addition to mandatory guidelines, RoboLeads.com voluntarily subscribes to the National Do Not Call list for record purging. RoboLeads.com will strive to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in the execution of its business.

These policies are presented in print form to make sure there are no misunderstandings. This policy is effective January 1, 2006 and supersedes all past policies.
